Hallo, Ich bin Alex, 25 Jahre alt und werde zu meinem Erasmus-Semester aus der WG ausziehen und suche deshalb nach
einem/r Nachmieter*in.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, einen Balkon und ein recht großes Badezimmer. Das Zimmer, für welches ich eine/n Nachmieter*in suche liegt auf der Südwestseite und schaut zur Straße raus.

*Die Gesamtmonatsmiete (inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom und WLAN) beträgt 340 Euro*

Die Wohnung ist in guter Lage, ca. 5 min zu Fuß vom Kaufland und der Haltstelle Reudnitz-Köhlerstraße entfernt, von wo aus ihr in 4 Stationen am Augustus-Platz seid. Auch der Lene-Voigt Park ist bloß 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ist im Sommer auf jeden Fall ein schöner Spot.

Die WG besteht neben mir aus Alex, 26 und in Vollzeit arbeitstätig, und Johannes, 25 und Chemie-Student. Beide sind sehr liebe Leute. Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig, aber man kann sich natürlich immer bei einem schönen Kalt- oder Warmgetränk zusammenfinden und über alles mögliche reden und eine gute Zeit haben :)
