**Schönes Zimmer in 3er-WG in zentraler Lage zu vermieten!**

Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere gemütliche 3er-WG! Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist etwa 18 m² groß, hell und teilweise möbliert. Die Möbel des Vermieters sind gegen Ablöse (VB) zu übernehmen. Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster und ist daher schön lichtdurchflutet. Die WG verfügt über eine große Wohnküche sowie einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Küche mit guter Ausstattung und Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, mit super Anbindung: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Zentrumsnahe Lage: 5 min bis zum Hauptcampus, 7 min zum Augustusplatz.

Wir sind zwei entspannte Mitbewohnerinnen (Studentin und Berufstätiger, 24 und 27), die das WG-Leben gerne entspannt und respektvoll gestalten. Wir kochen manchmal zusammen, schauen abends eine Serie oder gehen auch mal gemeinsam aus, aber jeder hat auch seinen Freiraum.

**Was wir uns wünschen:** Du solltest ungefähr in unserem Alter sein, zuverlässig, offen und keine reine Zweck-WG suchen. Hauptsache, die Chemie stimmt!
