This is the smallest room (Wohnraum I) in the appartment. Some of the furniture will be available cost free for the next tenant. The window facing east offers ample sunlight during the mornings and fantastic views to the gardens.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Parallelstraße der Riebeckstraße.
Du hast es also nicht weit bis zur Straßenbahn. Auch ein REWE und Aldi befinden sich in direkter Nähe.
Zur Uni und zum Zentrum sind es mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad etwa 15 min.
In der Nähe befinden sich der Lene-Voigt Park und der Friedesnpark.
Place
The apartment lies in the middle of a quiet street parallel to the Riebeckstraße. This means you dont have to walk far to catch the tram. There is also a REWE and ALDI very close by. With the tram or a bicycle, you can find yourself in the Uni or the city center in around 15 minutes, and also in the neighborhood the Lene-Voigt Park and the Friedenspark can be reached with a quick walk.
Ich, Nicolás, werde die WG verlassen, um in Jena zu studieren. Deine Mitbewohner sind Neil, 27, und Sam, 31, die gute Freunde sind und gerade arbeiten. Zu Hause unterhalten wir uns auf Englisch. Wir suchen jemanden, der sich gut in das reife soziale Leben der Wohnung einfügt. Jemand, der eine entspannte Einstellung hat und ordentlich ist. Life in the WG
I, Nicolás will be leaving the appartment to study in Jena. Your roommates will be Neil, 27 and Sam 31 who are good friends and currently working. At home we interact in English. Parties/big gatherings are rare but a casual chat , sharing a dinner and looking after eachother happens often. Order, cleanliness and clear communication are a priority.
