Hello everyone,

I’m excited to let you know that my cozy room will be available for subletting from December 6th, 2024 to January 16th, 2025!

The room is about 16 square meters, featuring a lovely wooden floor and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. It’s fully furnished with everything you might need, and the rent is 400 EUR, all utilities included.

You’ll be living in a prime central location! The Adler Center, with numerous shops, is just a 5-minute walk away, and major supermarkets like Rewe, Penny, Netto, and Lidl are all within easy reach. Public transport is also incredibly convenient—tram lines 1, 2, and 3, as well as bus lines 60 and 74, are nearby, and you can reach Leipzig's main railway station in only 17 minutes.

The apartment itself is a cozy, two-person flat, about 60 square meters in total. It also has a beautiful backyard garden and green areas, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fresh air. I share the space with a wonderful flatmate, and we enjoy spending time together—whether it’s sharing a coffee, cooking, celebrating, or just chilling
