Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und dank Ausrichtung in den Innenhof schön ruhig. Es geht zum Norden raus, ist aber trotzdem hell.
Die Wohnung wurde vor etwa 4 Jahren neu renoviert und hat zwei Zimmer (deins und meins), eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine und vielen Küchenutensilien, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV und Schlafcouch und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne.

The room is approx. 12 square meters in size and is nice and quiet thanks to its orientation towards the inner courtyard. It faces north, but is still bright.
The apartment was newly renovated about 4 years ago and has two rooms (yours and mine), a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher and many kitchen utensils, a large living room with smart TV and sofa bed and a daylight bathroom with bathtub.
