Das Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß. Es hat zwei große Fenster dementsprechend verfügt es über viel natürliches licht. Was für eine schöne Athmosphäre im Zimmer sorgt. Einen Teil der Möbel würde ich gerne überlassen zb das Bett und den Nachttisch.

Die Wohnung liegt im Ersten Stock des Hauses. Das Haus wurde in den 70er Jahren gebaut und liegt im norden von Gohlis, demnach ist es recht Ruhig. In Unmittekbarer nähe findest du mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen Rewe,Kaufland sowie auch einen Aldi. Es gibt auch mehrere Restaurants in der nähe sowie auch ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gute anbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, so ist man binen 10 minuten in der Innenstadt.

Das Wg Leben ist sehr entspannt, es gibt 3 weitere Mitbewohner. Mit allen gon ihnen kann man sich unterhalten. Auch bei auftreten eines problems ist der offene Diskurs möglich. Allgemein herscht ein gutes und freundliches Miteinander.

Die wohnung verfügt über eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine und eine voll ausgestattete küche.
