Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (4OG), wir haben einen Flur, ein großes Bad, eine große Wohnküche und jeweils unsere Zimmer. Wenn du rein kommst ist gegenüber von der Wohnungstür dein Zimmer. Es ist relativ groß (rund 15 qm), aber eben mit einer Dachschräge mit einem großen Dachfenster, welches nach Osten ausgerichtet ist und viel Licht in dein Zimmer lässt. In unserem Bad haben wir eine riesige Badewanne in der man super duschen kann. Außerdem ist vor dem Badfenster ein Vordach, auf dem man abends wunderbar Sterne gucken kann.
Room:
Our apartment is on the top floor (4OG), we have a hallway, a large bathroom, a large kitchen-living room and each of our rooms. When you come in, your room is opposite the front door. It's relatively large (15qm), but it has a sloping roof with a large skylight that faces east and lets a lot of light into your room. In our bathroom, we have a huge bathtub in which you can take a great shower. There's also a canopy in front of the bathroom window, which is great for stargazing in the evening.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in Schleußig was so gesehen eine Insel ist, die von Wasserwegen umschlossen und nur über Brücken erreichbar ist. Schleußig ist ein sehr grüner und familiärer Stadtteil, du hast zum Beispiel die Wahl, ob du in den Clara-Zetkin-Park oder den Volkspark gehen magst und du kannst ganz bei uns in der Nähe an der Entenbrücke die Weiße Elster mit den darinlebenden biberartige Nutria bestaunen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Parallelstraße zur Könneritzstraße, dort befinden sich gemütliche Cafés, originelle Läden und auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgelegte Supermärkte, aber auch ein Konsum, denn du in 5 min erreichst, genauso wie Bäcker und die Tramhaltestelle.
Location:
Our apartment is located in Schleußig, which is an island surrounded by waterways and only accessible via bridges. Schleußig is a very green and familiar district, for example you have the choice of going to the Clara-Zetkin-Park or the Volkspark and you can marvel at the Weiße Elster with the beaver-like nutria living in it very close to us at the Entenbrücke. The apartment is located on the street parallel to Könneritzstraße, where you will find cozy cafés, original stores and sustainability-oriented supermarkets, but also a supermarket, which you can reach in 5 minutes, as well as bakeries and the streetcar stop.
Wichtig sind mir vor allem Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und einfach ein respekvoller Umgang miteinander.
Wichtig für dich ist zu wissen, dass ich zwei Kaninchen besitze, welche aber ausschließlich in meinem Zimmer sind. Des weiteren plane ich in nächster Zukunft eine Katze zu holen.

Most important to me are cleanliness, communication and just a respectful interaction with each
other.
It's important for you to know that I own two rabbits, but they are only in my room. I also plan to get a cat in the near future.
Den Einzugstermin könnten wir flexibel am 01.01.2025 (bzw. am 15.01.2025) oder 01.02.2025 absprechen.
Ich war bisher Untermieter bei meinem Mitbewohner, deswegen würde ich es gerne mit dir absprechen, wer Haupt- und wer Untermieter ist.
Mein Mitbewohner würde ein paar Sachen aus seinem Zimmer in der Wohnung lassen, wenn wir sie haben wollen, ich könnte dir entweder Bilder schicken oder du guckst dir die Sachen mal bei einem Treffen an.
Wenn du noch irgendwelche Fragen hast melde dich gerne. Ich bin offen für persönliche Treffen aber auch Video-calls.

I was previously a subtenant with my flatmate, so I would like to discuss with you who is the main tenant and who is the subtenant.
My roommate would leave a few things from his room in the apartment if we want them, I could either send you pictures or you could take a look at the things at a meeting.
