Das Zimmer ist ca. 2,05m breit und 3,85m lang, dank der ruhigen Lage eignet sich das Zimmer perfekt als Rückzugsort zum Entspannen oder Arbeiten und ist ideal für jemanden, der ein helles, ruhiges Zimmer in einer zentralen Lage sucht.
Zudem gibt gehört zu dem Gebäude einen kleinen Innenhof mit einer gemeinschaftlichen Grünfläche und eine Garage, in der man sein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kann.

Your future room is small but nice. The 8 m² room has a practical layout with a beautiful view of the quiet side street. The room is approx. 2.05 m wide and 3.85 m long. Thanks to the quiet location, the room is perfect as a retreat for relaxing or working and is ideal for someone looking for a bright, quiet room in a central location.
The building also has a small courtyard with a communal green area and a garage where you can safely store your bike.
Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten in Plagwitz. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist der Clara-Zetkin-Park und die Sachsenbrücke erreichbar. Die Kö mit all ihren Cafes, Restaurants und kleinen Läden liegt ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Die Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und auch nachts ist man hier gut angebunden. Und falls das noch nicht reicht, ist das Fahrrad in Leipzig sowieso meist die schnellste Variante.

The location is really excellent - in a quiet side street in the centre of Plagwitz. Clara Zetkin Park and the Sachsenbrücke can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The Kö with all its cafés, restaurants and small shops is also just around the corner. The train and bus stops are just a short walk away and you are also well connected here at night. And if that's not enough, cycling is usually the quickest option in Leipzig anyway.
Falls ich dich bis hier überzeugen konnte - noch ein paar worte zu mir: Ich bin Bruno, 21 Jahre alt und studiere seit Oktober Informatik in Leipzig. In meiner letzten WG schätze ich vor allem die entspannte Art und die Möglichkeit am Abend in der Küche über die großen und kleinen Dinge des Lebens zu schnacken. Das wünsche ich mir auch für meine zukünftige WG. Neben der Uni unternehme ich gerne was mit meinen Freunden, gehe schwimmen und beschäftige mich mit diversen Technikproblemen. Im WG-Leben spreche ich Probleme offen an und packe gerne mit an, um sie zu lösen. In meinen eigenen vier Wänden kann ich gut Ordnung halten und auch außerhalb derer ist mir Sauberkeit ein Begriff.

If I've managed to convince you so far - a few words about me: I'm Bruno, 21 years old and I've been studying computer science in Leipzig since October. In my last flat share, I particularly appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to chat about the big and small things in life in the kitchen in the evening. I would like to have the same in my future flat share. Apart from university, I like to go out with my friends, go swimming and deal with various technical problems. In shared flat life, I address problems openly and am happy to help solve them. I'm good at keeping things tidy within my own four walls and I'm familiar with cleanliness outside them too.
Wenn dich jetzt noch der angebende Zeitraum vom anschreiben abhält, ist dieser sicher in beide Richtungen nochmal verhandelbar, im Gegensatz zu Rauchen was für mich ein Dealbreaker darstellt. Wenn dein Interesse geweckt wurde dann melde dich gerne und erzähle auch kurz wer du bist.
