Neben dem Zimmer steht dir die Küche samt Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit Dusch-Wanne zur Verfügung. Die gesamte Wohnung ist renoviert, hat einen neuen Holzboden und eine neue Küche samt neuer Geräte. Es kann das einzelne Zimmer angemietet werden oder eine 2er WG neu gegründet werden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - Leipzig Lindenau ist bei Studenten ein sehr beliebter Stadtteil! Eine Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindung ist fußläufig in 1 Minute zu erreichen - bis zum Universitätshauptgebäude sind es 20 Minuten (direkt ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen), bis zum Hauptbahnhof 15 Minuten. Solltest du abends gerne ausgehen, ist auch dafür bestens gesorgt.

The location is very good - Leipzig Lindenau is a highly popular district among students! A bus and tram connection can be reached on foot in 1 minute - it takes about 20 minutes to reach the main university building (directly without changing), to the central station about 15 minutes. If you like to go out in the evening, that is well taken care of as well.
Da die Wohnung nach den Auszug der alten Bewohner renoviert wurde, hast Du die Möglichkeit deinen künftigen Mietbewohner/Mitbewohnerin selber mit auszusuchen. Falls Ihr zu zweit etwas sucht, bietet sich die Wohnung dafür auch an!
