Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster zur Straße. Es hat einen Holzdielen Boden und die Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

The room is approx. 17 sqm in size and has two large windows facing the street. It has a wooden floor and the walls are painted white. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist in Reudnitz (Leipzig-Ost), in der Nähe vom Lene-Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. In die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 15 min.

The flat is located in Reudnitz (Leipzig-East), close to Lene-Park. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city centre.

ich suche einen MitbewohnerIn zur Zwischenmiete, da mein Freund ins Erasmus geht. Das Zimmer war unser Wohnzimmer und wäre teilweise möbliert, es gibt auch noch einen großen Schreibtisch in einer Ecke. Wir können aber auf jeden Fall absprechen, welche Möbel für den Zeitraum dort bleiben sollen. Ich studiere Kunst an der Hgb und bin zwar allgemein eine gesellige Person, aber zuhause brauche ich auch manchmal Zeit für mich. Ansonsten ist mir Achtsamkeit im Umgang miteinander und allgemeine Sauberkeit wichtig. Wenn du interessiert bist dann melde dich gerne bei mir :)

Hi,

I'm looking for a flatmate to rent temporarily as my boyfriend is going to Erasmus. The room was our living room and would be partially furnished, there is also a large desk in a corner. However, we can definitely agree which furniture should stay there for the period. I study art at Hgb and am generally a sociable person, but sometimes I need time for myself at home. Apart from that, mindfulness in dealing with each other and general cleanliness are important to me. If you are interested then please contact me :)
