Ich möchte mein schönes Zimmer für einen Monat möbliert untervermieten (15.02.-14.03.2025). Das Zimmer ist mit 22qm recht groß und sehr hell. Es hat zwei Fenster und geht nach Südosten raus. Die Straße vor dem Fenster ist recht ruhig. Ich werde in der Zeit probeweise in einer anderen Wohnung in Leipzig wohnen und nur einen Teil meiner Möbel ausräumen. Ich räume dir gern Platz im Schrank, in den Kommoden und im Regal frei, sodass du dich wie Zuhause fühlen kannst.

Mein Schreibtisch steht im Arbeitszimmer, das ich mir mit meinem Mitbewohner Anton teile. Nach Absprache mit ihm kannst du das gern mitnutzen.

Zur Wohnung gehört noch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und großem Kühlschrank, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine und unser Balkon. Dieser ist aufgrund der Jahreszeit eher im Winterschlaf, aber bietet einen entspannenden Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Fahrräder können wir direkt vor dem Haus, im Hinterhof oder im Keller anschließen.

Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer nur für einen Teil der 4 Wochen zu mieten oder vielleicht noch ein paar Nächte im Gästezimmer/Arbeitszimmer zu verlängern.

I would like to sublet my beautiful furnished room for a month. The room is quite large (22 square metres) and very bright. It has two windows and faces south-east. The street in front of the window is quite quiet. I will be living in another flat in Leipzig on a trial basis during this time and will only be clearing out some of my furniture. I'll be happy to free up space in the wardrobe, chests of drawers and shelves so that you can feel at home.

My desk is in the study room, which I share with my flatmate Anton. You are welcome to use it by arrangement with him.

The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine and our balcony. Due to the season, the balcony is rather in hibernation, but offers a relaxing view of the green inner courtyard. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the house, in the backyard or in the cellar.

It is also possible to rent the room for only part of the 4 weeks and to prolong the stay in our guest room/ study room for some nights if that's helpful.

Das Haus befindet sich ganz nah an der Haltestelle Feuerbachstraße. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Konsum 2min, Aldi+Rewe 5min mit dem Rad), Bäcker um die Ecke. Das Rosental ist super nah, genauso wie der Clara-Zetkin-Park und der Kanal. Du bist super schnell im Zentrum, aber auch in vielen anderen Stadtteilen. Also eine sehr schöne Lage!
In unserem Haus wohnen viele Familien mit Kindern, aber auch WGs. Wir verstehen uns mit allen im Haus sehr gut.

Our building is close to the station "Feuerbachstraße". There are a lot of shopping facilities around. Rosental, Clara-Zetkin-Park and the Elster Canal are in walking distance, too. It takes only a short time to get to the city centre - and to most other parts of the town. Perfect location.
A lot of families and other flatshares live in our building. We get along with all of them very well.

Ich wohne zusammen mit meinen tollen Mitbewohnern Anton (30) und Wolfgang (35).

Anton arbeitet zurzeit an seiner Promotion in Geschichte und arbeitet nebenbei in einer Gedenkstätte. Er liebt Kochen, gute Bücher und Filme und macht gern Yoga. Wolfgang arbeitet Vollzeit, liebt Podcasts, Karaoke und Gesellschaftsspiele. Er ist ein großartiger Gesprächstpartner und entdeckt gerade das Klettern für sich. Er raucht, wenn er Zuhause, ist ausschließlich auf dem Balkon. Die beiden sind ein Paar und bewohnen je eines der anderen Zimmer.

Ich selbst bin 34, arbeite Vollzeit in einem IT-Unternehmen und bin ebenfalls ein Fan von Brettspielen, Yoga und Serien.

Wir suchen für die Zeit eine offene und verlässliche Person. Toleranz für queere und trans* Personen ist ein Muss. Du sollst dich in der Wohnung auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen und kannst Küche und Bad und nach Absprache auch das Arbeitszimmer mitnutzen. Wichtig ist uns, dass du Rücksicht auf die Bedürfnisse aller nimmst und Vereinbarungen (Putzplan, in der Nacht keinen Krach machen, ...) einhältst.

I live with my fantastic flatmates Anton (30) and Wolfgang (35).

Anton is currently working on his PhD in history and also works at a memorial centre. He loves to cook, reading good books, watching movies and does yoga. Wolfgang works full-time, loves podcasts, karaoke and board games. He is a great conversationalist and is just discovering climbing. When he's at home, he only smokes on the balcony. They are a couple and each live in one of the other rooms.

I am 34 years, work fulltime in an IT-company and love board games, Yoga and watching series.

We are looking for an open and reliable person. Tolerance for queer and trans* people is a must. You should definitely feel comfortable in the flat and can use the kitchen and bathroom and, by arrangement, the study room. It is important to us that you show consideration for everyone's needs and honour agreements (cleaning schedule, no noise at night, etc.).
