Die Wohnung und auch das Zimmer ist recht groß. Das Zimmer geht zur Ostseite raus, da sich dort eine Nebenstraße befindet ist es sehr ruhig. Durch die 2 Fenster ist das Zimmer ordentlich Lichtdurchflutet.
Wenn du dich wohler fühlst, kannst du das Zimmer auch einfach umräumen…
Rewe und Aldi sind direkt ums Eck. Die Buslinie 60 fährt direkt vor der Tür und zur Tramhaltestelle wo die 70 und die 4 abfährt sind es 2-3 Minuten.
Ich arbeite selbstständig und bin dadurch immer wieder mal weg oder eben daheim, je nach Auftragslage.
Wäre schön, wenn sich das Zusammenleben unkompliziert und harmonisch gestaltet. Gerne können wir einfach alles teilen und wenn jemand kocht, dann vielleicht gleich etwas mehr sodass die andere Person auch noch satt wird.
Außerdem habe ich eine Labradorhündin. Sie ist 8 Jahre alt und deshalb schon recht entspannt. Sie hat ein großes Herz und ist ziemlich verschmust. Ich fände es toll wenn du sie nicht nur akzeptierst, sondern ihr auch etwas Liebe zurück gibst.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten. Also Strom, GEZ und Internet.
