Hey, Ich bin Fritzi (19) und Suche vom 1. April 2025 bis zum 30. September zwei liebe Mitbewohnerinnen:) Die Wohnung ist eine teilsanierte Altbau-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Bad und Küche sind voll ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf könnte das Zimmer teilmöbliert vermietet werden (Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch). Die Decken sind 3,2 Meter hoch. Abgeschliffener Dielenboden. Im Sommer ist es hier schön kühl.

* Austattung NICHT wie auf den Fotos vom betreffenden Zimmer.

In Schleußig gelegen bietet die Wohnung eine super Lage. In die Innenstadt sind es zehn Minuten mit Fahrrad und Bahn (Linie 1 und 2). Sowohl der Auwald als auch der Clarapark liegen direkt vor der Tür. Zum See radelt man 20 Minuten. Perfekt für den Sommer! Ruhige Seitenstraße aber trotzdem Bars, Kino und Supermarkt in Laufnähe.

Bisher habe ich keine WG Erfahrung gemacht aber freue mich schon darauf! Wichtig sind mir Zuverlässigkeit und gute Kommunikation wenn es um das Zusammenleben geht. Genauso aber natürlich auch gute Laune und schöne Gespräche am Küchentisch:)
