Das Zimmer ist ca. 21qm2 groß, sehr hell und super schön geschnitten.

Ca. 5 min vom augustusplatz entfernt, super Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Sehr zentrumsnah.

Ich bin Juli (26) und in den Endzügen meines Jura Studium. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne töpfern, mache Yoga oder fotografiere gern. Für guten Kaffee hab ich eine Schwäche. Ich suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohner:in, die offen und herzlich ist und daran interessiert ist ein nettes WG Leben zu führen. Durch die letzten Jahre WG Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist und ich darauf viel Wert lege. Das würde ich mir von einer potenziellen neuen Mitbewohner:in auch wünschen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man sich gut versteht und nicht nur aneinander vorbei lebt.
