Hallo liebe WG-Suchende!
In unserer schönen 2er WG wird ab dem 30.03.25 bis zum 15.08.25 mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei, da ich (Lilli) ein Praxissemester mache.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m2, ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, kleines Regal, Kommode) und kostet 426€ warm inkl. Internet. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 69m2, bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer sowie einer Vorratskammer. Es gibt außerdem einen Keller und einen Hinterhof, wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Unsere Altbauwohnung liegt in Lindenau. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es alles, was man so braucht zu Fuß zu erreichen: Bäcker (4 Min.), Konsum und Aldi (4 Min.), Apotheke, ... Außerdem bist du direkt am Kanal, sodass Spazier- oder Joggingrunden im Sommer nichts mehr im Weg steht! 🌞
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Lilly. Sie ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Architektur, ist deshalb auch öfter mal lang in der Uni.
Bei Einzug zum 30.03 ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 400€ an mich zu zahlen. Wir haben in unserer WG außerdem eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
