Das abzugebende Zimmer ist 17,5 Quadratmeter groß und hat zwei Fenster auf der Ostseite des Gebäudes mit Blick auf die Straße. Es ist das mittelgelegene Zimmer und mit Laras das größte der Wg. Die Wohnung hat recht hohe Wände, weshalb ich mich damals für die platzsparende Variante eines Hochbetts (140x200cm) entschieden habe, das bei Bedarf gerne gegen einen geringen Aufpreis (VB) übernommen werden kann. Das Gleiche gilt für die Jalousien an den Fenstern.

Die Lage ist recht zentrumsnah im Leipziger Osten, die Haltestelle Stannebeinplatz ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten gut zu erreichen und man kann alle zehn Minuten mit der 1 (ca 7 Minuten) ins Zentrum fahren.

Momentan leben meine Mitbewohnerinnen Lara und Emely in der Wg sowie Laras Katze Tessy, die nicht mit anderen Katzen und Hunden zu vergesellschaften ist. Tessy ist eine antiallergene Katze und sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich, sie kratzt und beißt auch nicht.
