Du würdest mit einer anderen Studentin zusammen wohnen, ihr teilt euch Bad und Küche.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wurde letzten Sommer frisch renoviert.
Im Haus gibt es einen Billiard- und Tischtennisraum, Fitnessraum, Studentenclub und Gemeinschaftsräume.
Maximal 5min bis zur Bahn und zum Supermarkt.
Direkt hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Park mit Seen, bis zum Markleeberger See sind es auch nur 15min mit Rad.
die Anbindung zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof sind super.
Du musst bei einer der Universitäten/Hochschulen Leipzig immatrikuliert sein und darfst noch keinen Vertrag mit dem Studentenwerk Leipzig für ein anderes Wohnheim haben.
Mein Vetrag, der bis zum Ende des Sommersemesters geht, müsste übernommen werden und kann danach sicherlich auch verlängert werden.
