The tram rides 2 sec in front of the front door, you tap directly into many culturally and aesthetically relevant places such as albi, bars & supermarkets, Mensa just opposite, the clara park is 10-15 min to foot away, Cossi with the bike perhaps so 20 min or a bit more

For one of the rooms in our WG, we are looking for Camille, Pia, Lea & Mariella (all them) three dear roommates to create a beautiful home together for a long time.
Camille sportes a lot through cycling and yoga classes and enthuses itself for food & Mariella goes on concertis and tastes for oil painting. We are all about at the end of our bachelor's courses and like a lot on the go and scatter around, through bars and parks and exhibitions and love concerts about everything, puzzles or make vegan schnitzel-sushi.

For the WG life, we want an open way of dealing with each other and it is important that we really like each other, as we share a home, not just “to live together”. Each of us should have its freedoms and at the same time the possibility of retreating, but the WG should also be a home for friends when they are visiting.

Since it's a new start-up, you'll join our future WG life and we're happy to set up the almost completely empty apartment together in an aesthetic way and everything else!

And if not readable: the Peterstone wg will become a tolerating and discriminatory space in any direction. So keep away very much, you should think and feel different than that.

Für eins der Zimmer in unserer WG suchen wir, Camille, Pia, Lea & Mariella (alle sie/ihr) drei liebe Mitbewohner*innen, um für lange Zeit gemeinsam ein schönes Zuhause zu gestalten.
Camille sportelt sich viel durch cycling und yoga classes und begeistert sich für Lebensmittel & Mariella geht auf konzertis und tastet sich ans Ölmalen heran. Wir sind alle ungefähr am Ende unserer Bachelorstudiengänge und gern viel unterwegs und streunen herum, durch bars und parks und ausstellungen und lieben konzerte über alles, puzzlen oder machen veganes schnitzel-sushi.

Für das WG Leben wünschen wir uns einen offenen Umgang miteinander und uns ist wichtig, dass wir uns gegenseitig wirklich gern haben, da wir uns ein Zuhause teilen, um nicht einfach nur „nebeneinanderherzuleben“. Jeder von uns soll seine Freiheiten und gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit zum Rückzug haben, die WG soll aber auch genauso mal ein Zuhause für Freund*innen sein können, wenn die zu Besuch sind.

Da es eine Neugründung ist, gestaltest du unser zukünftiges WG Leben mit und wir freuen uns, die noch fast ganz leere Wohnung zusammen auf eine ästhetische Art einzurichten und auf alles andere!

Und falls nicht herauslesbar: die Peterstone wg wird in jede mögliche richtung ein tolerierender und diskriminierungsfreier Space werden. Also halte dich sehr gerne fern, solltest du anders als so denken und fühlen.

You can enter from 01/04 and get your own rental contract for your room + other shared rooms.

The ultimate commitment depends on the landlord, and therefore the parent's income statement and/or guarantee are only relevant.

Du kannst ab dem 01.04. einziehen und bekommst einen eigenen Mietvertrag für dein Zimmer + die anderen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume.

Die letztendliche Zusage hängt vom Vermieter ab, daher sind Einkommensnachweis u./ Bürgschaft der Eltern erst dann relevant.
