Das Zimmer hat 25qm und ist ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch und einer sehr großen Kleiderstange.
Außerdem gibt es eine Küche (ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird zum backen/kochen) und ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch.
Top Lage: Kolonnadenviertel!
Mehrere Bars, Bäcker und Geschäfte um die Ecke. In fünf Minuten bist du in die Innenstadt gelaufen.
Die Haltestelle Westplatz ist drei Minuten entfernt.
Alles entspannt. Offene Gestaltung des Zusammenleben!
Das ganze ist erst einmal eine Zwischenmiete, kann wenn es passt auch verlängert werden.
Außerdem arbeite ich außerhalb Leipzigs und du hast die Wohnung immer wieder einmal für mehrere Tage ganz alleine.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, das zum kochen/backen benötigt wird.
Sauberkeit ist wichtig und es gibt einen Putzplan.
