Our apartment is perfect for people who do not yet live in Leipzig. The room is fully furnished and the apartment offers everything you need for a quick start. There are also 2 cats living in our apartment, that are cute and friendly.
The room includes a double size bed in the size: 160 x 200 cm. The matrace has 7 regions comfort. There is also a cuboard, a table, a chair and a carpet. Everything is in the colours you see on the pictures. The windows go to the south side, so it's always bright in the room over the day.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön geschnitten. Der helle Parkettfußboden und die dunklen Altbautüren geben ihm den passenden Look für ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus.
Im Zimmer steht: ein Bett: 160 x 200 cm (mit 7 Zonen Matratze), ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch,ein Stuhl und ein Teppich.
Die Fenster gehen in Richtung Süden, sodass die Sonne über den Tag immer sehr schön in das Zimmer fällt.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür, zwei Haltestellen sind es bis zum Augustusplatz (hier befindet sich auch die Uni), drei bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch zu Fuß ist beides bequem
in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Netto, Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann und diverse Bäcker sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Lene-Voigt-Park lädt in Sichtweite zum Entspannen ein, der Friedenspark lässt sich mit dem Rad auch innerhalb von 5 min erreichen.
In our apartment lives Linchi (w27) from China, Hamzar (m36) from Lybia and me, Mirco from Germany (m35). Samuel is leaving us because is travel holidays are over.
We have a cleaner for our apartment that comes every second weekend and cleans tidy, so kitchen, bathroom and toilet are clean all the time. Sometimes we cook together or have a long breakfast on the weekend. Sometimes we share hobbies like running, playing board games or going out together.
In unserer Wg leben Linchi (w27) aus China, Hamzar (m36) aus Lybien und ich, Mirco aus Deutschland (m32). Samuel verlässt uns, weil sein Travel Visa ausläuft.
In unserer WG haben wir eine Putzkraft, die alle 2 Wochen Küche, Bad und Toilete gründlich reinigt. So ist es bei uns grundsäzlich ordentlich.
Die WG ist keine reine Zweck-WG. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsam, manchmal wird man zum Essen eingeladen und manchmal Spielen wir auch was zusammen.
Es wird aber auch von allen akzeptiert, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte und einfach die Zimmertür zu macht. Wer also ein gesundes Maß an Miteinander sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig. :-)
Our house offers a lot of variety:
On the ground floor there is the Kultur Lounge, a Döner and a chinese delivery service. If you want to have a beer, you only have to go down the stairs. Sometimes on the weekends, there are concerts or theater performances in the culture lounge, which can be attended. Since we live closly under the roof, you don't hear anything about the events.
The house is packed with students living in shared flats, so it is also possible to make contact to other neighbours. In the backyard is the garden, which can also be used for barbecues by arrangement.
Unser Haus bietet eine Menge Abwechslung:
Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich die Kultur Lounge, ein Döner und ein chinesischer Lieferdienst. Möchte man mal ein Bier trinken gehen, dann braucht man nur die Treppen hinab zu steigen. Am Wochenende finden in der Kulturlounge Konzerte oder Theatervorstellungen statt, die besucht werden können. Da wir fast unter dem Dach wohnen, hört man von den Veranstaltungen gar nichts.
Das Haus ist vollgepackt mit Studenten Wg's, sodass sich auch Wg übergreifend Kontakte schlißen lassen.
Im Hinterhof befindet sich der Garten, der nach Absprache auch zum Grillen genutz werden kann.
