This is a freshly renovated room in a 4-girls shared flat. The room is 11 square meters and has two large windows that bring in lots of natural light. It's super sunny from morning to early afternoon, but there are blinds available if you prefer a darker space. It's a bright and cozy spot to make your own!
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 4er-Frauen-Wg und frisch renoviert. Es ist 11 Quadratmeter groß und hat zwei große Fenster, die viel natürliches Licht hereinlassen. Es ist von morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag super sonnig, aber es gibt Jalousien, falls du es lieber dunkler magst. Es ist ein heller und gemütlicher Ort, den du dir ganz nach deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst!
The building is just 2-3 minutes from Tram 7 (Edlichstrasse) and only 8 minutes from Torgauer Platz. It's close to Eisenstrasse, which is a big plus! Kaufland and NETO are the nearest grocery store, and there's also a lovely big park nearby. Kronerstrasse is a quiet, and peaceful street.
Das Gebäude liegt nur 2–3 Minuten von der Tram 7 (Edlichstraße) entfernt und nur 8 Minuten vom Torgauer Platz. Es ist nah an der Eisenbahnstraße, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist! Die nächsten Supermärkte sind Kaufland und Netto. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen großen Park in der Nähe. Die Kronerstraße ist eine ruhige und friedliche Straße.
The flat currently has girls from Ukraine, Morocco, and Germany. We're all students, each with our own busy lives, so we mostly do our own thing. We're all friendly and always enjoy chatting when we happen to be in the kitchen together. The vibe here is perfect for anyone who likes their own space at home but also values having people around they can rely on when needed.
In der WG wohnen derzeit Frauen aus der Ukraine, Marokko und Deutschland. Wir sind alle Studentinnen mit unserem eigenen Alltag, sodass jede meist ihr eigenes Ding macht. Trotzdem genießen wir es auch, uns in der Küche zu unterhalten, wenn wir uns zufällig dort treffen. Die Atmosphäre ist perfekt für jemanden, der gerne für sich ist, aber auch Mitbewohner*innen schätzt, auf die man sich verlassen kann.
