Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/einer neue/n Mieter/in für unser bestes WG-Zimmer.
Das sehr praktisch geschnittene Zimmer ist durch die zwei großen Fenster sehr hell. Es verfügt über sehr schönen Stuck an der Decke. Wie alle Räume der Wohnung hat auch dieses Zimmer sehr hohe Wände, was sich positiv auf das Raumgefühl auswirkt. Geheizt wird durch eine Fußbodenheizung, die für jedes Zimmer regulierbar ist.

We are looking for somebody to move into the best room of our flat. It is very comfortable. You have access to one of our two bathrooms, they have shower and a tube.
The room is bright and overlooks.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südvorstadt (im Zentrum Süd), nah zur Karli und dem Musiker-Viertel. ÖPNV, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten befinden sich in Laufreichweite. Johannapark, Clara-Zetkin-Park und die Elster sind ganz in der Nähe.

The apartment is situated relatively close to the city center and close to Karl-Liebknecht-Straße with all its bars and restaurants. You have the TRAM and S-Bahn nearby!
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verfügt neben den Zimmern über 2 Bäder (2 x Dusche, 2 x Toilette, 1 x Badewanne), eine Wohnküche mit kleinen Balkon und Kamin, sowie eine große Terrasse.
Neben dir gibt es 3 Mitbewohner, die alle berufstätig sind. Grundsätzlich zum WG-Leben gilt sicherlich: alles kann, nichts muss. Am Besten kommst du vorbei und lernst uns kennen.
