Dein Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof Richtung Süd-Ost, hat 16qm und ist ungefähr quadratisch geschnitten. Außerdem kannst du in der Wohnung ein großes Bad nutzen und eine große Küche. Im Flur gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten. Im Wohnzimmer steht meine Couch und mein Schreibtisch, du kannst dort aber auch beispielsweise Gäste empfangen, den Beamer und Leinwand nutzen oder Karten spielen etc.
Your Room has two Windows towards the quiet patio south-east. Your room is approximately a square with the size of 16 qm. The flat has a large bathroom and kitchen which you can use. The corridor and the basement are big enough to park some of your stuff.
You can also use the living room in which i got my couch and computer place to host friends for example. You can also play cards with me and my friends :)
Verkehrsanbindung:
Die Linie 7 und 15 sind in unter 5 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, sowie verschiedene Buslinien. In die Innenstadt kommt man in circa 20 Minuten von der Haustür aus.
Ein Auto kann man ohne Probleme in der Nähe parken.
In der Nähe gibt es Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. Nach Plagwitz mit der Karl-Heine Straße oder den Palmengarten läuft man in 15 Minuten.

Parking your car isnt a problem here.
There are plenty of Cafes/Restaurants/Bars in my area. You have a big park/garden within 15 minutes by foot.
Grocery shopping options are also very close within 5 minutes by foot.
