Großes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon sucht Nachmieter:in!

Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen Bülowviertel am Ende der Eisenbahnstraße. Die Geißlerstraße ist eine ruhige Nebenstraße und man bekommt kaum etwas von dem Trubel auf der Eisi mit, trotzdem ist man sehr schnell mitten im Geschehen. Supermärkte sind (je nach Supermarkt) in ca. 3-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Bahn hält ca. 1 Gehminute von unserem Haus entfernt, sodass auch die Uni und der Bahnhof schnell erreichbar sind.

Der Stünzer Park ist für Spaziergänge oder Joggingrunden nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, das Sellerhausener Viadukt will zum abendlichen Feierabendgetränk und -plausch im Sonnenuntergang genutzt werden und Kneipenabende auf der Eisi sind binnen 10 min realisiert.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Bülowviertel at the end of Eisenbahnstraße. The Geißlerstraße is a quiet side street and you hardly notice anything of the hustle and bustle on the Eisi, but you are still very quickly in the middle of the action. Supermarkets can be reached on foot in about 3-10 minutes (depending on the supermarket) and the train stops about a minute's walk from our house, so the university and the train station are also within easy reach.

The Stünzer Park is just a few minutes away for walks or jogging, the Sellerhausen Viaduct is perfect for an evening drink and chat in the sunset and pub evenings at the Eisi are just 10 minutes away.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Ian (30), über Chile und Budapest seinen Weg nach Leipzig gefunden hat, als selbstständiger Englischlehrer arbeitet und parallel an der Uni Leipzig einen Master studiert, Patricia (25), angehende Lehrerin und passierte Balkon-Chillerin, Consti (31), der gerade sein Referendariat macht und ebenfalls sehr gern seine Abende bei einem Plausch auf dem Balkon (dem an der Küche wohlgemerkt) verbringt und Emilio (27), der frisch zu uns gestoßen ist und in einem Hotel arbeitet.

Da Ian und Emilio zwar deutsch sprechen und weiter lernen, aber sich auf Englisch derzeit, wird bei uns hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen. Es wäre also toll, wenn Du dich damit wohlfühlen würdest.
Generell wollen wir alle ein aktives Zusammenleben, in das sich jeder einbringt, sei es gemeinsames Kochen, Barabende oder Veranstaltungsbesuche. Auch ist uns ein gegenseitiges Interesse an Mit- und Hausbewohnis wichtig. Wir wollen nicht aneinander vorbeileben, sondern wissen, was im Leben des/der anderen passiert (stressige Phasen seien hier mal ausgenommen). Bei uns hat schon die eine oder andere WG-Party stattgefunden, alle arbeiten aber und haben einen relativ geregelten Alltag, weshalb es vor allem unter der Woche bei uns nicht allzu crazy zugeht. Es wäre schön, wenn das auch halbwegs deinem Lifestyle entspricht.

Your flatmates are Ian (30), who found his way to Leipzig via Chile and Budapest, works as a freelance English teacher and is studying for a Master's degree at Leipzig University at the same time, Patricia (25), a trainee teacher and passionate balcony chiller, Consti (31), who is currently doing his traineeship and also loves to spend his evenings chatting on the balcony (the one by the kitchen, mind you) and Emilio (27), who has just joined us and works in a hotel.

As Ian and Emilio speak German and are continuing to learn, but are currently communicating in English, we mainly speak English. So it would be great if you feel comfortable with that.
In general, we all want an active life together in which everyone gets involved, be it cooking together, bar evenings or attending events. It is also important for us to take a mutual interest in our fellow residents and housemates. We don't want to pass each other by, but want to know what's going on in each other's lives (stressful phases excluded). We've already had the odd flat-share party, but everyone works and has a relatively regular routine, which is why things don't get too crazy, especially during the week. It would be nice if this also corresponds to your lifestyle.

ACHTUNG: Wir suchen unter einer Bedingung: Du müsstest Dir vorstellen können Hauptmieter zu werden. Da Consti, der aktuell der einzige Hauptmieter ist, perspektivisch mit seiner Freundin zusammen ziehen möchte, brauchen wir einen neuen Hauptmieter. Das ist viel gefragt, aber die einzige Möglichkeit, die WG auch in Zukunft weiterleben zu lassen. Dafür bekommst Du das mit Abstand größte Zimmer der Wohnung plus den cozy Balkon! Du bräuchtest dafür entweder ein stabiles Einkommen oder eine Elternbürgschaft (letzteres ist Constis aktuelle Lösung).

ATTENTION: We are looking under one condition: You must be able to imagine becoming the main tenant. As Consti, who is currently the only main tenant, would like to move in with his girlfriend, we need a new main tenant. That's a lot to ask, but it's the only way to keep the shared flat going in the future. In return, you get by far the biggest room in the apartment plus the cozy balcony! You would need either a stable income or a parental guarantee (the latter is Consti's current solution).
