Gemütliches, großes Zimmer im Leipziger Osten zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer liegt nach Süden und ist daher schön hell. Im Zimmer findest du alles, was du für die Zeit brauchst: ein gemütliches Bett mit 1.60 m Matratze, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten und dn bequemsten Sessel der Welt.
Der Raum ist hell, bekommt aber kein direktes Sonnenlicht ab. Damit du trotzdem deinen Vitamin-D-Bedarf decken kannst, gibt es auf der Südseite der Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen (Schlaf-)Sofa, Smart-TV, Stereoanlage und Esstisch. Hier kann man entspannt auf der Couch abhängen, frühstücken, arbeiten, Freund:innen zum Abendessen einladen oder im Sessel ein Buch lesen.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell und fühlt sich dank der 3,20 m hohen Decken sehr luftig an. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und diversen Kochutensilien. Da ich gerne koche, gibt es fast alles an Gewürzen, Öle und diverse asiatische Lebensmittel, die du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst. Es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und einen geräumigen Flur mit Platz für Jacken und Schuhe.

Cozy, large room in the east of Leipzig for interim rent. The room faces south and is therefore very bright. In the room you will find everything you need for the time: a cozy bed with a 1.60 m mattress, a closet, a desk for working and the most comfortable armchair in the world.
The room is bright, but doesn't get any direct sunlight. So that you can still get your vitamin D supply, there is a large living room in the apartment with a comfortable (sofa) bed, smart TV, stereo and dining table. Here you can relax on the couch, have breakfast, invite friends over for dinner or read a book in the armchair.
The apartment is very bright overall and feels very airy thanks to the 3.20 m high ceilings. The kitchen is superbly equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and various cooking utensils. As I like to cook, there are almost all the spices, oil and various Asian foods that you can of course use. There is a daylight bathroom with a bathtub and, last but not least, a spacious hallway with room for jackets and shoes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage in Reudnitz, im Osten Leipzigs. Dieser Stadtteil ist bei Studierenden sehr beliebt und bietet alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten finden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Drogerien, Apotheken, Bars, (Fast Food) Restaurants, ein Kino, Parks und mehrere Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen. Die Gegend ist gut an den Rest von Leipzig angebunden.

The apartment is very well located in Reudnitz, in the East of Leipzig. This district is popular among students and offers everything one needs to enjoy everyday life in Leipzig. Within 10 minutes of walk you will find several supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bars, (fast food) restaurants, a cinema, parks, and several tram and bus stops. The area is well connected to the rest of Leipzig.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Peter (27, m). Peter kommt aus Hong Kong und arbeitet als Sozialbetreuer bei Malteser. Er ist ein super lieber, lustiger und rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner, mit dem man gut Zeit verbringen kann, wenn man möchte. Da er in Schichtarbeit arbeitet, solltest du während seiner Schlafenszeiten nicht allzu laut sein. Im Gegenzug ist er aber auch super leise, wenn er morgens zur Arbeit geht oder nachts nach Hause kommt.

You'll share the apartment with Peter (27, m). Peter comes from Hong Kong and works as a social worker for Malteser. He is a super nice, funny and considerate flatmate who is great to spend time with if you want to. As he works shifts, you shouldn't be too loud during his sleeping hours. In return, he is also super quiet when he goes to work in the morning or comes home at night.
Die angegebene Miete ist für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 28.2. bis 15.3.2025. Der Zeitraum ist +/- 2 Tage flexibel, da man notfalls schon/noch einige Tage im Wohnzimmer schlafen kann. Melde dich also auch gerne, wenn die Daten nicht zu 100% passen. Auch kürzere Zeiträume sind möglich.
