ZUR WG:
Das freie Zimmer (in Zwenkau bei Leipzig) ist etwa 17 qm groß. Ich habe es nur locker geschätzt. Es hat Fußbodenheizung, bodentiefe Fenster, elektr. Rollläden. Ein Bett (1.40x2.00) und eine Kommode sind bereits vorhanden.
Den Rest der Wohnung nutzen wir zu zweit, also gemeinsam. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, 15 Min bis Leipziger City sind es mit dem Auto. Ein Bus fährt auch. Die Haltestelle ist 2 Fußminuten weg - also easy zu erreichen.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles, was man so mag:
WLAN, im Wohnzimmer Big-Flat mit SAT-TV. Auf der Terrasse kann man lässig chillen und blickt natürlich auf den See. Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden, wie ein Kaffeevollautomat, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und so weiter.
Bei Interesse melden und Zimmer besichtigen.
Wenn Du hier einziehst, wären wir also zu zweit!
