Hello, I am Serin, 28 yrs, female, starting studies at TH OWL (Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe), Lemgo campus, from 01, March 2025. I will be reaching Germany in the last week of February. The course duration is 2 years. The course would last until Feb 2027. I am looking for a long term stay.
I am looking for one room with kitchen. It would be great if there is a microwave oven.
Questions: Will the bathroom and kitchen be shared? Is wifi included? Is there any deposit? What all facilities will be shared?
A bit about myself:
I am keen on utilizing my time to study, cook, maintain my living space, and to go out for relaxing. I like maintaining a schedule that keeps me fit. I have earlier had the experience of living as a tenant and maintaining my room for almost 2 years while working. As an individual, I am kind and respectful to the people around me. I like to read books and create crafts.
