Hello, my name is Davide, I am a 25yo italian guy, I was doing my internship and master thesis in Porsche the past year and in September I will start there as employee, therefore I am looking for an apartment between Stuttgart and Rutheseim for the next year at least.

I have already experience in living alone since I have been doing my master degree in a WG in Italy and also I already was in a WG in Leonberg; there, I had a wonderful relationship with my flatmates, but I will leave due to further unavailability of the room I was staying in. I am tidy, clean, and like to have a friendly relationship with my flatmates if they are also up to it.

I am looking for a cozy room but I have very simple taste - I only need a nice bed, a good heating system, a table and a spacious wardrobe - and I take very good care of the space I live in. I am precise with payments.

As of now, I only speak Italian and fluent English, but I am also learning German very fast.
