Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 3. Etage.
Man hat sein eigenes Zimmer mit Schlüssel.
Um die Sauberkeit der Gesamten Wohnung kümmere ich mich selbst, abgesehen von deinem Zimmer da hab ich nichts zu suchen :)
Müll entsorgen, Staubsaugen Bad reinigen etc. Alles mach ich.
Was du bitte machen möchtest ist, dein Geschirr zu spülen + Dein Zimmer sauber zu halten, das ist alles :D
Ein Nagelneues Trekkingbike mit 2 großen Taschen wo so ziemlich alles rein passt habe ich noch zu vermieten falls du ein Bike brauchst.
Direkt vor der Türe ist eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt (Edeka).
Ich selbst werde im der Wohnung leben und suche einen netten Mietbewohner/in.
Ich kümmere mich um alles, putzen, Müll rausbringen, also so ziemlich alles mache ich selbst an der gesamten Wohnung bis auf das eine Zimmer wo ich selbst nicht zu suchen habe (Dein Zimmer).
Was mir sehe wichtig ist, ab 21 Uhr sollte alles an Lautstärke im eigenen Zimmer bleiben, so dass man nichts mitbekommt.
