Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin
Meine Wohnung ist neu und hell eingerichtet ich habe außerdem eine Katze.
Ich hab die 3 Zimmer Wohnung seit Februar und schnell gemerkt, dass sie mir alleine zu groß ist. Aufgrund der guten Lage möchte ich die Wohnung nicht aufgeben….
Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder eines davon könntest du haben es hat 3 qm.
Die Küche sowie das ganze Zubehör kannst du mitbenutzen.
Wir haben auch ein großes Kellerabteil und Möglichkeiten ein Fahrrad / Motorrad in der Tiefgarage unterzustellen.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon der ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden kann.
In deinem Zimmer ist bereits eine bequeme Schlafcouch mit Bettkasten, ein Teppich, Vorhänge und ein großer Spiegel was du mit benutzen kannst. Der Große Schrank den du auf den Bilder sieht kommt noch raus.
In deinem Bad steht ein Regal welches von dir benutzt werden kann.
Ich selbst rauche nicht, habe aber kein Problem damit, wenn du auf dem Balkon rauchst.
