In the centrally located shared flat (3 bedrooms) there is a room available. Along with it, in the apartment there are a large, comfortable living room that offers space for sociable evenings, a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dishwasher, cellar with dedicated space for bicycles and a big garden.
Room is available from May 1
This room is about 18 sqm and has rectangular shape, and through good located window it has enough light but as it is located to the garden side, it is very quiet.
The room is rented unfurnished, but I can leave most of the furniture (bed with mattress, Kallax shelf with doors and sections, table with a chair, a small wardrobe and clothes rail) for 250 Euro.
Location
The shared apartment is super centrally located, 1 minute to public transport, 2-5 minutes to shopping and 10 minutes on foot to the Danube or the city center (Hauptplatz) and 20 minutes by bike to the JKU.

Flatshare Type
With a heavy heart I leave my wonderful flatmates on my way to a new life in Vienna, thus, you will be living with Alena, who is studying violin and teaching in the music school in Linz, and Hagen, who is working in Linz in logistics. Our shared flat can't be called a party WG but we enjoyed spending time together over dinner in the living room.
