Central WG in a quiet location with friendly living Zentrale WG in ruhiger Lage mit freundschaftlichem Zusammenleben

The WG is located in the beautiful original and is really quiet. In just 30 minutes you will be at Pöstlingberg, but also in 25 minutes at the university (JKU ode PH) or at the main station. The Kunstuni is 7 minutes by bike. The nearest tram stop is 7 minutes walk away, there are also two bus lines away. The best, however, the WG has its own garden and a second garden, in front of the house under trees, which is also almost only used by us

Die WG liegt im wunderschönen Urfahr und ist wirklich ruhig gelegen. In nur 30 Minuten ist man am Pöstlingberg, aber auch in 25 Minuten an der Uni (JKU ode PH) oder am Hauptbahnhof. Zur Kunstuni sind es 7 Radlminuten. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, direkt dort fahren auch zwei Buslinien weg. Das beste allerdings, die WG hat einen eigenen Garten und einen zweiten Garten, vorm Haus unter Bäumen, der auch fast nur von uns benutzt wird! :)

Although we all always have a lot about our ears, it is very important for us to spend time together. A nice conversation in the evening or if it suits joint activities are part of the WG life. In the dining room there is also a half cupboard full of games! Of course, we all appreciate our peace and tranquillity, and then we return to our rooms if necessary. There's a cleaning plan, so the WG remains tidy. We place great value on cleanliness! :) It is equally important to us to address any problems or inconsistencies directly, then there is nothing in the way of a thoughtful and loving, common home. Meanwhile a quite friendly relationship between us roommates has been set: inside and we would be happy if you were part of it!:)

Obwohl wir alle immer sehr viel um die Ohren haben, ist es für uns sehr wichtig, gemeinsam Zeit Zu verbringen. Ein nettes Gespräch am Abend oder wenn es passt gemeinsame Aktivitäten gehören für uns zum WG-Leben dazu. Im Esszimmer findet sich auch ein halber Schrank voller Spiele! Natürlich schätzen wir aber auch alle ab und zu unsere Ruhe, und dann ziehen wir uns bei Bedarf in unsere Zimmer zurück. Es gibt einen Putzplan, sodass die WG ordentlich bleibt. Auf Sauberkeit legen wir großen Wert! :) Ebenso wichtig ist es uns, eventuelle Probleme oder Unstimmigkeiten direkt offen anzusprechen, dann steht einem rücksichtsvollen und liebevollen, gemeinsamen Zuhause nichts mehr im Weg. Mittlerweile hat sich ein recht freundschaftliches Verhältnis unter uns Mitbewohner:innen eingestellt, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn du auch Teil davon würdest!:)

Lino (draws):
I am 25 and I work in a grocery store, by the way I study packaging technology and sustainability. I'm super happy in the forest or in the garden, like walking and am thrilled for many sports activities. But I also like to spend my time relaxing at home and cook something, take care of the WG plants or just drink cozy coffee.

Simon:
I'm 25 and I'm studying faculty in physics and computer science in the 5th semester. I am originally from Obersteiermark, so my favorite sports are mostly connected to the mountains. I am sporty like Lino, always for new things! :)

Janna:
I'm 21 years old, studying teaching at the Kunstuni and by the way I work in the boulder bar. When I get free, I'm usually out there or climbing :)

Gustav:
I'm 25 years old and I'm studying medicine. In the morning I am mostly busy with university or hospital, but especially in the evening I enjoy sitting together and chatting in the WG very much. I like to sit on the bike and mountain bike, play a lot of beach volleyball and also Ultimate Frisbee. Otherwise, I like to cook, and that also likes together:)


We wish to have a family, friendly coexistence within the WG, where it is openly communicated, all feel comfortable and thus a home for everyone is created and we may also be there for each other and provide security or security. But of course, a good taste must not be missed, we have a lot of fun together and we are happy if you also share it

Hier ein paar Eckdaten von den Mitbewohnis:

Lino (zieht aus):
Ich bin 25 und arbeite in einem Lebensmittelbetrieb, nebenbei studiere ich Verpackungstechnologie und Nachhaltigkeit. Ich bin super gerne im Wald oder im Garten, gehe gerne wandern und bin für viele sportliche Aktivitäten zu begeistern. Gerne verbringe ich aber auch meine Zeit entspannt daheim und koche etwas, kümmere mich um die WG Pflanzen oder trinke einfach gemütlich Kaffee.

Simon:
Ich bin 25 und studiere Lehramt in den Fächern Physik und Informatik im 5.Semester. Bin ursprünglich aus der Obersteiermark, daher sind meine liebsten Sportarten meistens mit den Bergen verbunden. Sportlich bin ich wie Lino, immer für Neues zu haben! :)

Janna:
Ich bin 21 Jahre alt, studiere Lehramt auf der Kunstuni und nebenbei arbeite ich in der Boulderbar. Wenn ich mal frei habe, dann bin ich meistens irgendwo draußen unterwegs oder klettern :)

Gustav:
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere Medizin. Ich bin vormittags meistens mit Unizeug oder im Krankenhaus beschäftigt, genieße aber vor allem am Abend auch das Zusammensitzen und plaudern in der WG sehr. Ich sitze gern am Rennrad und Mountainbike, spiele viel Beachvolleyball und auch Ultimate Frisbee. Ansonsten mag ichs zu kochen, und das gern auch gemeinsam:)


Wir wünschen uns ein familiäres, freundschaftliches Zusammenleben innerhalb der WG, bei dem offen kommuniziert wird, sich alle wohlfühlen und so ein Zuhause für alle entsteht und wir gegebenenfalls auch füreinander da sein und Sicherheit oder Geborgenheit bieten können. Ein guter Schmäh darf aber natürlich auch nicht fehlen, wir haben viel Spaß miteinander und freuen uns, wenn du daran auch teilhast. ;)
