Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m2 groß, ist sehr hell und besitzt einen Balkon. Schreibtisch, Schrank und eventuell der Fernseher können nach Absprache abgelöst werden. Das Zimmer besitzt einen Vinylboden und wurde vor ca. zwei Jahren komplett renoviert. Vom Balkon hat man einen guten Ausblick und man sieht direkt zur Donau.
Die Wohnung ist liegt zentral. Es sind nur 6 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahnstation "Landgutstraße" und 10 Minuten zur Straßenbahnstation "Rudolfstraße". Man ist auch in nur wenigen Minuten direkt bei der Donau. Außerdem ist es nicht weit zum Pöstlingberg.
Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer. Das Zusammenleben mit der anderen Studentin war immer sehr gut. Für uns war gegenseitige Rücksicht und Respekt sowie ein gutes Zusammenleben immer sehr wichtig. Haushaltskosten wurden immer gerecht aufgeteilt. Außerdem war uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.
Zur Wohnung gehören eine Küche mit Essmöglichkeit, Vorraum, Bad und ein separates WC. Die komplette Wohnung ist sehr modern und wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert. Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung noch ein kleines Kellerabteil und einen Lift.
