Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3. Stock mit Fenster auf der Westseite. Es ist ca 19 m2 groß und durch ein Oberlicht in den Flur sehr hell.
Das Gebäude gegenüber ist ein Bürogebäude und unbewohnt.
Die ganze Wohnung ist neu saniert, mit sehr großem Wohnzimmer, offener Küche, getrenntem Bad und WC.
Im Badezimmer sind zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusche und Badewanne.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor with windows all on the west side. There is one room open to rent with the sizes of 19 m2 and very bright due to a skylight in the corridor.
The building opposite is an office building and unoccupied.
The whole flat is newly renovated, with a very large living room, open-plan kitchen, separate bathroom and WC.
The bathroom has two washbasins, a shower and a bathtub.
Die Wonung ist sehr zentral gelegen
Mitten in der Innenstadt, 1 minute vom Hauptplatz entfernt (zwischen Hauptplatz und Taubenmarkt).
Da du Praktisch direkt auf der Landstraße wohnst, hast du viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute öffentliche Anbindungen. In dem Gebäude ist ebenso eine Bar (im Keller) und nebenan ein Irish Pub (Chelsea)
The apartment is very centrally located
In the middle of the city centre, 1 minute from the main square (between the Hauptplatz and Taubenmarkt).
As you live practically directly on the Landstraße, you have many shopping facilities and good public transport connections. There is also a bar in the building (in the basement) and an Irish pub (Chelsea) next door
In der WG lebt bisher eine sehr freudliche, offene und kommunikative PhD Studentin aus China.

Wichtige side facts für dich: Es stehen 1 freie, unmöbelierte Zimmer zur Verfügung mit jeweils 19m2. Die Miete variiert, je nach Zimmergröße von 475 Euro. Die WG ist eine nicht Raucher WG. Es ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 Euro zu bezahlen. Zusätzlich muss jeder neu eingezogene WG Mitbewohner eine Ablöse für die Küche, die Wohnzimmer-, Badezimmermöbel und die Waschmaschine in Höhe von 650 Euro bezahlen. Diese könnt ihr nach eurem Auszug allerdings wieder an eure NachmieterInnen weiterverkaufen. Da Wilbur kein Deutsch spricht ist es außerdem wichtig, dass einer von euch die Hauptmieterschaft übernimmt. Wir haben es in der Vergangenheit so gehandhabt, dass dieser dann nicht alle anfallenden Aufgaben alleine übernimmt. Er sorgt dafür, dass jeder seinen Teil zur Gemeinschaft beiträgt.
