Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum von April bis Ende Juli unter, da ich für vier Monate im Rahmen eines Austauschprogramms nach Japan gehen werde.
Meine Partnerin und ich stellen ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett, Nachttischen und einer Kommode zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Urhfar, einer meiner Lieblingsgegenden in Linz, weil es dort sehr ruhig ist und es viel Grün gibt. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, aber das ist kein Problem, denn wir haben nie störende Geräusche gehört.
Die Küche wurde gerade renoviert und ist sehr gemütlich, wir lieben es zu kochen! Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Backofen und Herd, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, und das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne mit Duschkopf sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Miete beträgt 300 Euro pro Monat (Betriebskosten, Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet). Leider können wir den Meldezettel nicht zur Verfügung stellen. Nur freundliche, saubere und verantwortungsbewusste Menschen. Wir bevorzugen es, an Frauen oder queere Menschen zu vermieten.

I am subletting my room for the period from April to the end of July, as I will be going to Japan for four months as part of an exchange programme.
My partner and I are providing a very nice room with a large double bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The flat is located in the Urhfar district, one of my favourite areas in Linz, because it is very quiet and there is a lot of green. The flat is on the ground floor, but that's not a problem because we never heard any disturbing noises.
The kitchen has just been renovated and is very cosy, we love to cook! Is equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower head and a washing machine.
The rent is 300 euros per month (running costs, heating, hot water, electricity, internet). Unfortunately we cannot provide the Meldezettel. Only friendly, clean and responsible people. We prefer to rent to women or queer people.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig für alle Universitäten, da die Wohnung auf eine der Hauptstraßen ausgerichtet ist, und die Verkehrsmittel sind drei Minuten entfernt (Straßenbahn und Bus). Ich kann Ihnen auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen, um die Sommersaison zu genießen!
Der Hofer-Supermarkt ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man einkaufen muss. Es gibt auch einen asiatischen Lebensmittelladen, einen Tabakladen und ca. 5 m mit dem Fahrrad oder 20 m zu Fuß entfernt das Lentia-Einkaufszentrum zum Einkaufen.

The location is very convenient for all universities, as the flat faces one of the main streets, and transport is three minutes away (tram and bus). I can also provide you with my bike so you can enjoy the summer season!
The Hofer supermarket is only a five-minute walk away, which is very convenient if you need to do your shopping. There is also an Asian grocery shop, a tobacconist and about 5m away by bike or 20m on foot the Lentia mall for shopping.
Dein Zimmergenosse wird mein Partner Alex sein. Wir sind zwei italienische Studenten, die einen Master in Interface Cultures an der Kunstuniversität Linz absolvieren. Wir lieben Ordnung und Sauberkeit und kochen immer gerne typische Gerichte für unsere Freunde! Da wir Kunst studieren, sind wir viel unterwegs, gehen aber auch gerne in Museen und ins Kino.

Your flatmate will be my partner Alex. We are two Italian students doing a Masters in Interface Cultures at the University of Art and Design Linz. We love tidiness and cleanliness and always enjoy cooking typical dishes for our friends! As we are studying art, we travel a lot, but we also like going to museums and the cinema.
