ich vermiete ab dem 01.07. mein Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG :)
Das geräumige Zimmer hat 17m² und liegt auf der lichtdurchfluteten Seite unserer 100 m² Wohnung.
Die Miete beträgt 310 Euro (Wasser und Heizkosten inklusive), dazu kommen noch ca. 30 Euro für den Strom, das Internet, ORF und die Hausratversicherung.
In dem Zimmer selbst befinden sich einige neue Möbel, welche ich gerne abgelöst hätte, darunter
- Ein Bett mit neuer Matratze: 140 Euro
- Ein neuer Schreibtisch mit neuem Stuhl: 90 Euro
- Ein neuer Schrank: 120 Euro
- Ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen: 40 Euro
= 390 Euro
Falls manche Möbel nicht gewünscht sind, können wir da gerne drüber reden!

I am renting out my room in our shared flat for 4 people from 01.07. :)
The spacious room has 17m² and is located on the light-flooded side of our 100 m² flat.
The rent is 310 Euro (water and heating costs included), plus about 30 Euro for electricity, internet, ORF and household insurance.
There is some new furniture in the room itself, which I would like to sell, including
- A bed with a new mattress: 140 euros
- A new desk with a new chair: 90 euros
- A new wardrobe: 120 euros
- A table with 2 chairs: 40 euros
= 390 Euro
If some furniture is not desired, we can talk about it!
Unsere Wohnung liegt am Fuße des Froschbergs in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof.
Sie befindet sich im einem Hochhaus mit Lift, sodass man keine Einkäufe schleppen muss ;)
Es befindet sich diverse Bushaltestellen (Linie 12, 27) und Bimhaltestellen (Untergaumberg, Hauptbahnhof) um uns herum, sodass man zügig in die Stadt, zur Universität oder nahegelegenen Supermärkten kommt.
Distanz:
- Taubenmarkt / Hauptplatz: 12min mit dem Bus
- Hauptbahnhof: 10min zu Fuß, 3min mit dem Bus
- JKU: 35 min mit dem Bus + Tram
- Hofer: 5min mit dem Bus
- SPAR: 3min mit dem Bus

Our flat is located at the foot of the Froschberg in the immediate vicinity of the railway station.
It is in a high-rise building with a lift, so you don't have to drag your groceries around ;)
There are various bus stops (lines 12, 27) and tram stops (train station, Untergaumberg) around us, so you can quickly get into the city, to the university or nearby supermarkets.
Distance:
- Taubenmarkt / main square: 12min by bus
- Central station: 10 min on foot, 3 min by bus
- JKU: 35 min by bus + tram
- Hofer: 5min by bus
- SPAR: 10min on foot, 3min by bus
Deine Mitbewohner*innen heißen Sila (20), Kotryna (20) und Maris (24). Ich selbst, Chiara (24), verlasse die WG aufgrund von meinem Auslandsstudium zum Juni hin.
Zusammen studieren wir eine bunte Mischung aus BWL, Tanz und Fotografie, sodass es immer Gesprächsstoff gibt ;) In der WG wird dabei grundsätzlich Deutsch und Englisch geredet, da Kotryna aus dem Ausland kommt.
Da wir selbst noch nicht so lange hier wohnen (seit September), sind wir bereit gemeinsam die Wohnung noch weiter auszugestalten und uns alle noch besser kennenzulernen.
Dabei gilt: Alles kann, aber nichts muss! Jeder darf sich hier so viel einbringen wie er möchte, solange das Grundverständnis des Zusammenlebens gewahrt wird.

Your flatmates are Sila (20), Kotryna (20) and Maris (24). I myself, Chiara (24), will be leaving the flat share in June due to my studies abroad.
They are all students and study a colourful mix of business studies, dance and photography, so there's always something to talk about ;) We generally speak German and English, as Kotryna comes from abroad.
As we haven't been living here that long ourselves (since September), we're ready to organise the flat together and get to know each other even better. Everything can be done, but nothing has to be! Everyone can contribute as much as they like as long as the basic understanding of living together is maintained.
We would be happy to get to know you better during an online call or a visit at our flat!
