Die Wohnung wurde im April 2022 komplett saniert. Dabei wurde alles erneuert, angefangen vom Boden über das Bad, die Fenster und die Heizung bis hin zur Küche. Die Wohnung wurde speziell für das Leben in einer WG konzipiert.
Vom Zimmer aus hat man Zugang zum Balkon. Im Sommer verbringen wir gerne Zeit darauf.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer äußerst zentralen Lage. Der Linzer Hauptbahnhof ist nur 6 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür erstreckt sich der Bauernberg, wo man in einem Park spazieren und entspannen kann. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegenüber davon befinden sich ein Billa-Supermarkt. Sollte man Sonntags Lebensmittel benötigen, kann man nach einem kurzen Fußweg zum Spar am Bahnhof gehen, der täglich bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet ist.
Das WG Leben bei uns funktioniert sehr gut. Am Abend setzten wir uns gerne auf einen Plausch zusammen oder kochen etwas. Meine Mitbewohnerrin Sara kommt aus Italien und kennt daher sehr gute Rezepte :). Mein Beruf ist Softwareentwickler/Administrator, daher haben wir eine stabile und schnelle Internetverbindung ;) Ich spiele Klavier, Gitarre und seit kurzen auch Geige, also Musiker sind gern Willkommen! Es kann gerne bei der Besichtigung ein "Soundcheck" gemacht werden, bezüglich Lautstärke des Klavieres.
Sara macht gerade ihren Master an der JKU Linz und ist ebenfalls in der IT tätig.
Wir legen beide großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Bei uns gibt es keinen festen Putzplan. Die Regel lautet: Wenn es schmutzig ist, wird es sauber gemacht – und diese Regel hat bisher sehr gut funktioniert.

The approx. 17m² single room has access to the balcony.
The apartment was completely renovated in April 2022. Everything was renewed. From the floor, bathroom, windows, heating to the equipped fitted kitchen, everything has all been renewed. There are also storage room, washing machine and vacuum.
The apartment was designed for living in a flat.
Location
The apartment is very centrally located, it only takes you 6 minutes to the main train station in Linz. The Bauernberg is right outside the front door, where you can relax with a walk through the park.
The bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance, where you also find the Supermarket Billa.
If you need groceries on a Sunday or late evening, there is a Spar at the train station, which is open every day until 11:00 p.m.
WG life
Since we are both working, in the evening, weekend we'd like to have a chat or cook something together. I am also a Musician and I'm playing Piano, Guitar and little bit of Violin. So Musicians are warmly welcome.
We both value cleanliness. We don't have a cleaning schedule.
The rule: when you see it's dirty, just clean it, and it has worked very well so far :)
