Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, mit einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer & einer gemeinsamen Küche.
Jeder hat Hausschlüssel und Eingangstürschlüssel, jedoch Zimmerschlüssel hat jeder für sich.
Das Zimmer ist OHNE Möbel und muss selbst ausgestattet werden.
Nach Auszug muss auch ein Nachmieter laut Vertrag gesucht werden und das Zimmer muss weiß gestrichen werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegt, 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof Lippstadt und 7 Minuten von der Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt.
Kaufland ist nur 800m weit entfernt & die Innenstadt genauso wenig.
10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Grünen Winkel.
Das WG Leben spielt für uns eine grosse Rolle.
Hygiene, Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind das A und O. Jede Woche gibt es einen routierenden Putzplan. Wer sich nicht an die WG Regel hält, fliegt raus.
Wichtig sind eine gute Kommunikation & Verständnis.
Wir möchten jemanden, der hier längerfristig lebt und nicht nur paar Monate.

Nachtruhe 22-06 Uhr sollte immer eingehalten werden.
