About the apartment:
Bright 3-room apartment with 61 m², freshly renovated and located on the 2nd floor. The apartment is cozy and the old wooden elements give it charm. From the living room you even have a view of the Tagus (when no cruise ship is docked) and access to a small balcony. The apartment has double glazed windows, internal shutters, air conditioning and is fully furnished.
There are:
• 2 separate bedrooms with windows (I sleep in one of them)
• A spacious, sunny living room with sofa, dining table (can also be used as a desk), coffee table and a closet with TV.
• A bathroom with 2 entrances, bidet, shower and double washbasin
•A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave and crockery.
The São Vincente/Alfama area is very attractive and you can reach the river or the beautiful Miradors in Alfama in just a few minutes. The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city: just a 3-minute walk from Santa Apolónia (metro and train station). The apartment is also accessible by car, there is a free public parking lot nearby. 4 minutes away there is a Pingo Doce for shopping. There are numerous restaurants and bars around the apartment.
About me:
I'm Niklas, 24 years old and I'm from Germany. I've been doing my Master's degree in Innovation and Research for Sustainability at ISEG University since September. I would describe myself as an outdoor sports enthusiast, I like to ride my road bike, mountain bike, go on mountain tours, ski tours and now also surf from time to time.
I enjoy cooking and eating together in the shared flat. Maybe do something together, have friends over, but you can also relax in your room or on the sofa.
