Großes helles Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon.
Couch, Kommode und Kleiderstange im Zimmer verfügbar. Die Wohnung hat außerdem zwei Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn-und Esszimmer.
In der WG leben noch zwei super liebe Mädels, beide easy-going und mit dem üblichen respektvollen Miteinander, das man sich in einer WG wünscht. Wir haben keine festen Putzpläne, aber jede übernimmt von sich aus, was anfällt.
Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist entspannt, es wird gern mal zusammen gekocht oder gequatscht, aber genauso hat jede ihren Raum, wenn sie ihn braucht. Perfekt, wenn du auch auf der Suche nach einer Balance aus Gesellschaft und Ruhe bist. :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer tollen Gegend, mit allem, was du brauchst: Supermärkte, Cafés, und nette Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind gleich ums Eck. Die nächst liegende U-Bahn ist 7min zu Fuß entfernt.

Couch, chest of drawers and clothes rail available in the room. The apartment also has two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining room.
There are two lovely girls living in the flat share, both easy-going and with the usual respectful interaction that you would expect in a flat share. We don't have a fixed cleaning schedule, but each of us takes on whatever needs doing.
The atmosphere in the shared flat is relaxed, we like to cook together or chat, but everyone also has their own space when they need it. Perfect if you're also looking for a balance of company and peace and quiet. :)
The apartment is in a great area, with everything you need: supermarkets, cafés and nice places to go out are just around the corner. The nearest subway is a 7-minute walk away.
