The room is about 15sqm and has two large windows that let in enough sunlight. At the moment the room is partly furnished. I'd love to leave my furniture there, so I'd be super happy when you take over the bed and the wardrobe. The room has a beautiful wooden floor and a breathtaking old door which just looks amazing, you'll see!
Our flat is located in Beech Lawn 1-2. The street is in Cressington which is awesome to live. It is a very silent area which means we almost never have any trouble with annoying traffic sounds or smth alike.
The way to the city centre takes you about thirty minutes, when you take the car its about twenty minutes. In the same time you can reach the University of Liverpool.
In our neighborhood are many tiny coffee shops, restaurants and a few supermarkets as well as an pharmacy.
You'll live together with Jason who studies at University since 2016. He is finishing is bachelor rn and is going to continue with his masters degree. He is an easy companion and knows real good jokes. If you are no complicated drama queen you and Jason will get along perfectly.
