We offer a beautiful, bright, furnished room in the attic of our town house. The apartment is centrally located in Lörrach, just a few minutes walk to the main railway station and is ideally cut for a WG. In addition to the individually rented 3 large rooms and a spacious hallway, the kitchen offers enough space as a common room.
We rent the apartment in renovated condition and with fully equipped kitchen, including dishes and electric appliances. In the basement there is the laundry room with washing machine, in front of the house a bicycle parking place.

Neben den einzeln vermieteten 3 großen Zimmern und einem großzügigen Flur, bietet die Küche ausreichend Platz als Gemeinschaftsraum.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung in renoviertem Zustand und mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche, mitsamt Geschirr und Elektrogeräten. Im Keller befindet sich die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, vor dem Haus ein Fahrradabstellplatz.
Da wir nur auf Zeit vermieten, handelt es sich bei dem Mietpreis um eine Pauschale (540,00 Euro). Darin inbegriffen sind die Kosten für Wasser, Warmwasser und Heizung, wie auch die GEZ und Müllgebühren. Nicht inbegriffen sind die Kosten für das Telefon/WLAN. Diese Kosten teilen die drei Bewohner:innen unter sich auf.
Zu Beginn der Mietzeit veranschlagen wir eine Endreinigungspauschale in Höhe von 130,00 Euro.
Das WG-Leben gestalten die Student/innen natürlich selbst. Derzeit wohnen zwei junge Frauen (Studentin und Berufseinsteigerin) in der Wohnung, 22 und 26 Jahre alt.
