The room is located in the shared flat on the first floor facing the courtyard. There are a total of 7 residents in the shared flat. They are either studying or already working after graduating.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair, bed with mattress, and a table.
The room has a satellite TV connection and an Internet LAN socket. This makes it possible to connect the PC directly with a LAN cable or a WiFi router/access point. Internet is available and ready to use.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges and freezers. Once a week, a cleaning service cleans the communal areas such as the kitchen, shared bathroom, etc. and empties the waste bins. If the waste bins are full within that week, the residents must take them out and do the usual household chores such as wiping down the stove after use and washing the dishes.
There is a shared bathroom that will be used by you and the three other roommates. The other three residents have a sink in their rooms, so the shared bathroom is not under pressure.
In the basement, a washing machine and a dryer are available for residents to use for 2 euros per use.
There is a covered parking space for bicycles in front of the house or in the basement.
There are total three shared apartments in the building with students, graduates and professionals. This means you have the opportunity to quickly find friends.
The S-Bahn stop "Lörrach Brombach Hauingen" is a 7-minute walk away. From there 2 S-Bahn lines S5 and S6
run to Basel and Weil am Rhein. In 2 to 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Edeka supermarket, post office, bakery, butcher and the Bus stop.
The monthly rent of 460 euros includes utilities and operating costs, including electricity, internet, weekly cleaning of common areas, waste disposal fees, etc.
The deposit of 750 euros must be paid before the keys are handed over. The rent must be paid at the beginning of a month in advance.
