Gemütliche voll möblierte Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Frisch saniert mit geräumiger Küche und Bad.
Ich bin Finn und Student an der DHBW in Lörrach. Für meine anstehende Praxisphase suche ich noch Bewohner, die in der Zeit ein bisschen Leben in die WG bringen :)
Die WG liegt im 2. OG des Studentenwohnheims in der Kandernerstraße 14. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist das Wohnheim gut zu erreichen und die Innenstadt befindet sich etwa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in circa 10 min. Außerdem bieten sich nah gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an.
Du solltest aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst und ordentlich sein.
Ich vermiete die Zimmer jeweils zu einer mtl. Miete von 450 Euro warm. Zusätzlich sind die Zimmer voll möbliert.
