we rent our 2nd WG in Kandernerstraße 14, Lörrach from 01.07.2024 to 30.09.2024.
Our apartment is fully furnished and also the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There are two bedrooms and a living room equipped with a large dining table and sofa.
The roof terrace is freely accessible and can be used. There is also a bicycle cellar and a separate, lockable basement compartment. In the basement there are also washing machines and dryers which can be used.

This is about the larger bedroom, which costs 460 euros a month.
Since we are not here during this time, we are looking for a sub-rent for the two WG rooms. So if you know someone you'd like to move to this apartment, you can also sign up and we'd rent the entire apartment.

wir vermieten unsere 2er-WG in der Kandernerstraße 14, Lörrach vom 01.07.2024 bis zum 30.09.2024.
Unsere Wohnung ist voll möbliert und auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bad verfügt über ein WC, eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, das mit einem großen Esstisch und Sofa ausgestattet ist.
Die Dachterrasse ist frei zugänglich und kann mit genutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und ein separates, abschließbares Kellerabteil. Im Keller befinden sich ebenfalls Waschmaschinen und Trockner, welche genutzt werden können.

Hier geht es um das größere Schlafzimmer, welches 460 Euro im Monat kostet.
Da wir beide während dieser Zeit nicht da sind, suchen wir für die beiden WG-Zimmer einen Untermieter. Falls du also jemanden kennst mit dem du gerne in diese Wohnung ziehen möchtest, kannst du dich auch gerne melden und wir würden euch dann die gesamte Wohnung vermieten.
Wenn nicht, kannst du natürlich auch nur das eine Zimmer anmieten :)
