we rent our 2nd WG in Kandernerstraße 14, Lörrach from 01.07.2024 to 30.09.2024.
Our apartment is fully furnished and also the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There are two bedrooms and a living room equipped with a large dining table and sofa.

wir vermieten unsere 2er-WG in der Kandernerstraße 14, Lörrach vom 01.07.2024 bis zum 30.09.2024.
Unsere Wohnung ist voll möbliert und auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bad verfügt über ein WC, eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, das mit einem großen Esstisch und Sofa ausgestattet ist.
Die Dachterrasse ist frei zugänglich und kann mit genutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und ein separates, abschließbares Kellerabteil. Im Keller befinden sich ebenfalls Waschmaschinen und Trockner, welche genutzt werden können.

Hier geht es um das kleinere Schlafzimmer, welches 420 Euro im Monat kostet.

Die Wohnung ist ideal geeignet für DHBW Studenten die zwischen dem 01.07 und 30.09.2025 ihreTheoriephase haben aber auch für alle anderen Interessenten im Raum Lörrach/Basel und Umgebung.
