Schönes, angenehmes Zimmer in einer 110 qm grossen Wohnung im 1. OG eines ehemaligen Bauernhauses. Es gibt eine grosse Wohnküche mit Kaminofen....Die Küche kann mit genutzt werden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schlicht und rustikal, architektonisch reizvoll durch den grossen hohen Flur. Gartennutzung, auch Bearbeitung, des grossen Grundstücks ist möglich. Im EG lebt eine Patchworkfamilie. Eine nette Katze lebt mit in Wohnung und Garten. Das Zusammenleben sollte von Ehrlichkeit und gegenseitiger Hilfsbereitschaft geprägt sein.

Landschaftlich ist das Haus am Dorfrand schön gelegen, 3 km vom Bahnhof Löwenberg/Mark. Von dort fahren stündlich Züge nach Berlin. Es gibt Seen in der Nähe, der nächste ist 4 km entfernt, sehr schön zum Baden.
Einkaufen geht in Löwenberg bei Aldi und Netto, auch ein Baumarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Friseur etc. sind dort.

Ausser der Katze bin ich einziger Mitbewohner, Kunstmaler, 67 Jahre. Ich lebe in einer Beziehung mit einer Frau, die aber in Berlin wohnt. Ich bin für offenen Austausch, helfe gern und kann manchmal Hilfe gebrauchen.
Gelegentlich zusammen kochen und essen würde ich gut finden. Ich bin beinahe Vegetarier.

Ich habe auch ein Auto, für Carsharing bin ich offen, auch Hilfe bei Transporten.
