In der 4 Zimmer Wohnung möchte ich eine WG eröffenen. Ich bin zur Zeit nur an 4 Tagen zuhause und möchte den Wohnraum gerne mit anderen teilen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Sofa und TV ausgestattet, die Küche Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und für einen gemeinsamen oder auch einzelnen Kochabend bereit.
Ich bin ein offener Mensch und suche nach netten, offenen Mitbewohner.
Mir ist wichtig, dass du ein nettes Wesen mit geregeltem Einkommen bist. Der Rest ist für mich zweitrangig.
Gerne auch Azubis von Arburg.
Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht da ich eine Tierhaarallergie habe.
Rauchen ist nur im Hof oder Balkon erlaubt.
Für dein Auto ist genug Platz vor dem Haus.
