Ich biete hier mein Zimmer ab 01.02.2025 an, auch als Zwischenmiete möglich oder längerfristig. Das Zimmer ist hell und gemütlich. Es hat zwei große Fenster und hohe Decken. Außerdem haben wir eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit Dusche (siehe Fotos). Vorhänge, Sofa und ein Glastisch sind vorhanden und können bei Interesse für 150€ übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral direkt neben dem Marstall gelegen, in dem du auch alles Einkaufen kannst, was man so tagtäglich benötigt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min entfernt und auch den Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß in 15min.

Mit mir leben noch Madina und Wolf in der WG. Wir alle studieren an der Filmakademie in Ludwigsburg in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen. Der zentrale Treffpunkt ist bei uns die Küche, in der wir im Alltag immer wieder aufeinander treffen und einen kleinen Plausch halten. Ansonsten ist es bei uns eher entspannt und ruhig, unter der Woche sind wir alle meist den ganzen Tag unterwegs.
