Wir blicken auf Bäume und teilen uns ein tolles Wohn-Esszimmer mit großzügiger Küche (Gemeinschaftsfläche= 48 m² (Bad, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Abstellkammer))
Ausstattung: Parkettboden; alles ist frisch gestrichen. Auch Dein Zimmer ist möbliert. Es ist alles da, vom Teller bis zum Tesa. Einen Balkon gibt´s auch. Waschmaschine ist im Keller, überdachter Fahrradstellplatz ist im geschützten, kleinen, feinen, grünen Innenhof.

We look out over trees and share a great living/dining room with a spacious kitchen (common area = 48 m² (bathroom, living/dining room, store room))
Furnishings: parquet flooring; everything is freshly painted. Your room is also furnished. Everything is there, from plates to scissors. There is also a balcony. Washing machine is in the cellar, covered bicycle parking is in the sheltered, small, fine, green inner courtyard.

(English below) Ruhiges Wohnviertel. Es ist eine Kirche in direkter Nachbarschaft, man hört mehrmals am Tag die Glocken.
Wege: 15 Radminuten zum Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof, 12 Radminuten in den Jungbusch
Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. im Viertel. Bauernmarkt gibt es auch zwei Mal in der Woche

Quiet residential neighbourhood. There is a church in the immediate neighbourhood, you can hear the bells several times a day.
Routes: 15 minutes by bike to Mannheim main station, 12 minutes by bike to Jungbusch
Bakery, supermarket etc. in the neighbourhood. There's also a farmers' market twice a week.

Ich freue mich auf einen interessanten, gerne weitegereisten Mitbwohner/Mitbewohnerin. Gerne mit Haustier (muss parkettfreundlich sein.) (Ich tiersitte auch gelegentlich).

Zu mir: Ich bin 40, Journalistin, weitgereist Ich arbeite bei einer der größten Hilfsorganisationen Deutschlands, werde viel im Homeoffice arbeiten, bin aber auch oft weg. Ich freue mich auf schöne Feste und Essen mit Freunden in meiner neuen Wohnung. Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbwohnerin / einen Mitbewohner, mit der/dem ich mehr teile als die Tassen im Schrank (sind auch gar nicht mehr alle da): gute Gespräche, gelegentlich gemeinsam kochen, mal die Metropolregion unsicher machen … Es soll eine WG mit einem Hauch von Familienanschluss sein.

I am looking forward to an interesting flatmate who is happy to travel. Preferably with a pet (must be floor-friendly.) (I also cat/dog sit occasionally).

About me: I'm 40, a journalist and well-travelled. I work for one of Germany's largest aid organisations and will be working from home a lot, but will be away often as well. I'm looking forward to nice parties and meals with friends in my new flat. I would like a flatmate with whom I share more than just the cups in the cupboard (not all of them are there anymore): good conversations, occasionally cooking together, exploring the metropolitan region ... It should be a flat share with a touch of family connection.
